Our Story

Dulcet Cakes & Sweets is a boutique patisserie café that offers you every sweet dream you can imagine.

Dulcet Cakes & Sweets was founded by two passionate ladies who have been professionally trained and have worked with some of the very best in the business. They both trained with Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute, Sydney, and Juno, who is the soul of the kitchen, has been working as a pastry chef in one of the best fine dining restaurants in town – the Quay restaurant.

Dulcet is all about real ingredients and real taste. We work the old fashioned way, and strive to bring you the beauty contained in nature.  We try to handmake everything we possibly can with love and integrity, always keeping to the forefront of our minds that the most important thing is always the way our delicacies taste.

We prepare everything freshly in house every day, and never stop exploring new flavour combinations. We reduce the amount of sugar in our products, while focusing on more natural sweetness to let you enjoy our glorious treats without feeling too guilty.

At Dulcet, it’s not only about satisfying your taste buds, we are also here to create memories for you. Vivienne, our cake designer is here offering our clients custom designed and personalised cake experiences, for every celebration and event. We are aiming to create aesthetically beautiful products that taste delectable for our clients to enjoy on all of their special occasions.
